School Hours:
- Start Time: 7:45 AM
- End Time: 2:45 PM
- Early Student Drop Off: 7:00 AM through Door 1 (free early care to all families)
- Regular Student Drop Off: 7:30 AM at playground | inclement weather prospective doors
Arrival & Dismissal:
- Pre-K: Door 6- Auditorium (early arrival and regular arrival)
- K-5: Door 4- Perry St.
- 6-8: Door 2- La Salle St.
- Early Arrival: 7:00am through Door 1
- K-8 Regular Arrival: 7:30-7:45am playground | Inclement weather → students will go inside arriving at their assigned doors.
- No double parking or blocking the street. Ensure you pull your car all the way over in a parking spot. No families should enter the staff parking lot or park their car longer than drop off to allow all families to get their children to school safely.
- Dismissal: 2:45pm
- All students must be picked up promptly at dismissal unless they are enrolled in the partner after care program.
- Something To Build Upon (STBU) offers a paid after care program for families in need of extended supervision. After care runs daily from 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM, and the cost of the program is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. - STBU begins August 25th during the 2nd week of school
- There is no late pick-up past 3:00 PM for students who are not enrolled in the STBU after care. Students who are not picked up by 3:00 PM will be considered stranded, and the school will be required to initiate the CPS Child Stranded Protocol. In such cases, families will also be required to meet with school administration to discuss the matter.
