Arrival
7:00 am Drop-Off Directions
For any scholar arriving for early drop-off between 7:00 am to 7:30 am, they should enter the building through Door 1 (main entrance). Scholars will head directly to the auditorium. At 7:30 am, Lenart staff will transition all early arrival scholars outside to the playground with their peers. For inclement weather, Lenart staff will transition K-5th grade scholars to the gym and 6-8th grade scholars to the cafeteria.
7:45 am K-8th Grade Drop-Off Directions
At 7:45 am, families will drop off their scholars to the Lenart blacktop/playground. K-5th grade scholars will gather by the blacktop (by Perry St.) and 6-8th grade scholars will gather by the playground (by La Salle St.). Lenart Staff will be outside by 7:30 am each morning to receive scholars. At 7:45 am, K-8th grade teachers will pick up their scholars from the blacktop/playground and transition them inside the building (K-5 → Door 4 | 6-8 → Door 2). Once inside, scholars will grab a breakfast and head directly to their lockers and classrooms. For inclement weather, Lenart staff will transition K-5th grade scholars to the gym and 6-8th grade scholars to the cafeteria. Scholars will still enter their designated doors.
8:00 am Pre-K Drop-Off Directions
Families will bring their scholars into the building using Door 1. Scholars will remain supervised in the auditorium with Pre-K teacher assistants. Pre-K teachers will arrive and transition to classrooms at 8:00 am.
Dismissal
2:45 pm K-8th Grade Dismissal
At 2:45 pm, K-5th grade scholars will dismiss from Door 4 and families should expect to receive their scholars from Perry St. 6-8th grade scholars will dismiss from Door 2 and families should expect to receive their scholars from La Salle St. Any scholar that is not picked up by 2:50 pm will be transitioned into the building. Any family utilizing the late pick-up must arrive by 3:00 pm and use Door 1 (Main entrance) to retrieve their scholar.
Under no circumstances should families block traffic with their vehicles. If there is a cone holding a parking spot, please do not remove it.
3:00 pm Pre-K Dismissal
At 3:00 pm, Pre-K families can retrieve their scholars outside at Door 6 (Next to Door 1 - Main entrance). Families must sign out their scholar using the sheet provided by teachers.
